1/ General Introduction

This website is operated by PRINT3D, LLC. By accessing and using the website or purchasing products on Gavomart, you agree to all terms, policies, and  guidelines outlined on this page. If you do not agree with any of the terms, please do not use the services or make purchases here.

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to regularly review the Terms of Service page for the latest changes. Continued use of the website or services after any changes indicates your acceptance and agreement to the updated terms.

2/ Scope and Requirements for Using the Service

By using the services on this website, you confirm that you are of legal age according to the laws of the state or region where you reside and have the legal capacity to perform transactions on this site. If you represent a minor, you are responsible and confirm that you have the authority to allow them to use the service.

You agree not to use our products or services for any illegal purposes or in violation of applicable laws. Any violation may result in termination of service access and potential legal action.

3/ Customer Rights and Responsibilities

You have the right to receive products and services as promised on the website with appropriate quality. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when registering accounts, placing orders, and making payments. Providing false information may result in order cancellation or delayed processing.

You also agree not to use the service to distribute harmful content, infringe intellectual property rights, or disturb others. In case of violations, we reserve the right to lock accounts, cancel orders, or take appropriate legal measures.

4/ Order Process and Handling

When you place an order on Gavomart, the system will send an order confirmation email. However, this does not mean the order is accepted or the product is available in stock. Order processing will begin only after payment confirmation and inventory verification.

Order processing usually takes 1 to 2 business days. If there are any issues with the product or shipping address, we will contact you promptly.

If the product is out of stock or there is a price change, we will notify you immediately to decide whether to continue or cancel the order. Cancelled orders will be refunded promptly according to the refund processing time in the Return & Refund Policy

5/ Pricing and Payment

Product prices displayed on the website are base prices excluding shipping fees. Shipping fees will be clearly shown during checkout before you confirm your order.

We accept common and secure payment methods such as:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)
  • PayPal

All transactions are conducted in U.S. dollars (USD) and processed through PayPal to ensure security. We do not accept direct bank transfers, COD, or other domestic e-wallets.

Prices may change at any time without notice, but the final price confirmed upon payment completion is fixed for that order. If pricing errors occur due to technical or input mistakes, we reserve the right to cancel the order and notify you to either continue at the correct price or receive a refund.

6/ Shipping Policy

We apply a fixed shipping fee of $6.99 for all orders within the United States. This fee will be clearly displayed during checkout.

Estimated delivery time is typically 5 to 8 business days, depending on location and carrier. In cases of delays caused by natural disasters, epidemics, or uncontrollable factors, we will try to notify customers in advance.

For returns due to incorrect size ordered by the customer, the customer bears the cost of two-way shipping.

7/ Order Cancellation and Return Policy

You may request to cancel your order within 8 hours of placing it by contacting customer service via email. After this time, processed or shipped orders cannot be canceled.

For delivered orders with defective products, items not as described, or orders that do not match, you may return or request a refund according to Gavomart's Return & Refund Policy. 

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 24 hours of order cancellation or return confirmation. The time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider, typically 3–5 business days for PayPal and 5–7 business days for credit/debit cards.

8/ Payment Information Security

We are committed to protecting customers' payment information using SSL encryption technology and complying with PCI DSS security standards. All credit card or sensitive data is processed through PayPal and is not stored directly on our systems.

Your information will not be shared with third parties without your consent unless required by law.

9/ Intellectual Property Rights

We reserve the right to modify, adjust, or discontinue any part of the service without prior notice. These changes may be for service improvement, legal compliance, or new business requirements.

Termination does not affect our legal rights to claim damages if applicable.

If unresolved, parties agree to submit the dispute to the competent court in Florida. You agree to comply with and accept the court's final ruling.
