1/ Delivery Area

We currently support shipping only within the entire territory of the United States, including all 50 states. Unfortunately, we do not currently offer international shipping or delivery to other territories outside of the US.

2/ Order Processing Time

After you successfully place an order, it will be processed and prepared within 1–2 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays).

Processing time includes order confirmation, packaging, and the handover to the shipping carrier.

3/ Shipping Carrier and Fees

We partner with reputable shipping carriers, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx, to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.

We apply a flat shipping rate of $6.99 for all orders, regardless of quantity or weight (unless there is a separate free shipping promotion).

4/ Estimated Delivery Time

Shipping time from when the order is handed over to the carrier until you receive it typically ranges from 5–8 business days.

The total estimated time from placing your order to receiving it is 6–10 business days (including both processing and shipping time).

Note:

  • Delivery times may vary depending on the specific delivery location, weather conditions, or other unforeseen factors.
  • Holidays and weekends are not considered business days.

5/ Order Tracking

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track the status of your order directly on our website via the Order Tracking page. Please contact us for assistance if you cannot find your tracking number or encounter issues with tracking your order.

6/ Handling Lost or Delayed Orders
