Return & Refund Policy
At Gavomart, we are committed to providing a safe, transparent, and satisfying shopping experience for every customer. Below are the specific policies regarding order modifications, product returns, and handling defective or lost items during shipping.
1/ Order Modification or Cancellation
Customers may cancel or modify their order (size, quantity, shipping address) within 8 hours after successfully placing the order.
After this period, the order will be processed, and we will no longer be able to cancel or make changes.
Note: Gavomart is not responsible if the customer provides an incorrect shipping address, resulting in undelivered products.
2/ Defective Products – Faults by Gavomart
We are committed to offering a full refund or free replacement if the issue is due to our error in the following cases:
- Product is significantly different from the description or image on our website.
- Product is defective due to manufacturing or damaged during shipping.
- Wrong item delivered (incorrect model, size, or quantity compared to the order).
You do not need to return the defective product. Please feel free to keep it or donate it. No shipping fees will be incurred in these cases.
3/ Size Exchange Due to Ordering Mistake
We offer support for size exchanges in case you accidentally order the wrong size. However:
- Customers are responsible for the two-way shipping costs (returning the old item and receiving the new one).
- The item to be exchanged must be new, unworn, unwashed, and retain all original tags and packaging.
- Refunds are not available for size exchanges due to ordering mistakes.
4/ Return & Refund Eligibility Conditions
Customers may request a return, exchange, or refund only if all the following conditions are met:
- Request is made within 30 days of receiving the product.
- Product is in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and not damaged by the customer.
We do NOT support returns/refunds in the following situations:
- Request is made after 30 days from the delivery date.
- Product is damaged due to misuse or improper storage.
- Product has been washed, worn, or is not in its original condition.
- Customer simply changes their mind or no longer needs the item.
- Customer requests a refund due to ordering the wrong product (only exchange is supported, no refunds).
5/ How to Submit a Return/Refund Request
To request a return, exchange, or refund, please email [email protected] with the following information:
- Order number.
- Description of the issue.
- Clear photo(s)/video(s) showing the defect as described in the email.
For printing defects: Include a close-up of the print area.
For size/positioning issues: Include a ruler or measuring tape in the image.
Once received, our customer service team will review and respond as soon as possible. If eligible, Gavomart will:
- Send a free replacement (we cover shipping), or
- Issue a full refund (including shipping fees).
6/ Refund Processing Time
Once a refund is approved, we will process it within 24 hours.
You will receive a refund confirmation email.
Actual time to receive the funds depends on your payment method:
- PayPal: 3–5 business days
- Credit/Debit Card: 5–7 business days
If you haven't received the refund after this period, please contact us for further assistance.
7/ Lost Orders During Shipping
If your order is marked "delivered" but you have not received it, please:
Check your mailbox, security camera, ask neighbors, and contact your local post office.
Then contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date and provide:
- Order number.
- Correct shipping address.
- Confirmation from your local post office that the package was not received.
After verification, we will:
- Resend the item for free, or
- Issue a full refund, depending on your preference.
Note: Gavomart is not responsible for undelivered items due to:
- Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.
- Recipient refused delivery or redirected the package.
