Billing Terms & Conditions

1/ Scope of Application

These Billing Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed on the website Gavomart, an online store owned and operated by PRINT3D, LLC, a company established and operating under the laws of the United States. By purchasing through Gavomart, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms below regarding pricing, payment methods, refunds, and dispute resolution.

2/ Payment Methods

We accept the following secure and popular payment methods:

  • PayPal
  • Credit/Debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, all processed via PayPal payment gateway

All transactions are processed in US dollars (USD). We do not accept direct bank transfers, COD (cash on delivery), installment payments, or other domestic e-wallets. Orders will only be processed and shipped after payment is successfully confirmed at the time of online payment.

3/ Product Pricing and Additional Fees

Product prices displayed on the website are the base prices and do not include shipping fees. Shipping fees will be clearly shown at the checkout step before you confirm your order.

We reserve the right to adjust product prices at any time without prior notice. However, the price confirmed at the time you complete payment will be fixed for that order. In case of pricing errors due to technical issues or data entry mistakes, we reserve the right to cancel the order and notify you. You may choose to continue purchasing at the correct price or receive a full refund.

4/ Order Confirmation and Payment Processing

Immediately after placing your order successfully, the system will send you an email confirming receipt of your order. This email does not mean the order is accepted or that the product is in stock. Order processing and shipping will only be carried out after we receive successful payment confirmation.

Once payment is successful, you will receive another email confirming your order is being processed and prepared for shipment. If the product you ordered is out of stock after payment, we will contact you to propose alternative solutions or refund the unavailable products.

5/ Payment Information Security

We commit to protecting all customer payment information using SSL encryption technology and comply with PCI DSS security standards. Credit card information or other sensitive data are not stored on our system but processed through PayPal — a trusted payment partner.

We do not share your payment information with any third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

6/ Refunds and Order Cancellations

You may request to cancel your order within 8 hours of placing it by contacting our customer service via email. Orders that have been shipped cannot be canceled, but you may apply our return/exchange policy according to Gavomart's rules (e.g., size exchanges due to wrong order). 

Refunds will be made through the original payment method and processed within 24 hours. After we initiate the refund, the time for funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment service, specifically:

  • For PayPal: 3–5 business days
  • For credit/debit cards: 5–7 business days (depending on the issuing bank)

7/ Shipping Fees and Other Charges

We apply a flat shipping fee of $6.99 for all domestic orders within the United States. This fee will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

In case of size exchanges due to wrong orders, customers are responsible for paying shipping fees both ways.

8/ Payment Dispute Resolution

If there are any disputes related to payment, we encourage you to contact our customer service directly for prompt assistance and resolution.

Initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer without contacting us first may result in your account being suspended and denied service in the future.

All payment disputes will be resolved under the laws of the State of Florida, USA, and the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts located in that state.

9/ Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Billing Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. All changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on the website. Continued use of the service or purchase after updates signifies your acceptance of the new terms.
